1. Data Controller

The data controller for AISight (aisight.thearchon.eu) is Dimitrios Mikedis, ICT Director & Executive Transformation Intelligence Leader, based in Thessaloniki, Greece. AISight is part of the ARCHON product family operated by the same controller as thearchon.eu.

2. Data Collected

AISight has no user accounts and no sign-up. Data is collected only in these two flows:

• Running a scan — the public URL you submit, your IP address and country (used for abuse-prevention rate limiting), your browser's User-Agent, and the resulting visibility scores. These are stored to serve your results, prevent abuse, and compute aggregate public-beta statistics (e.g. total scans run).
• Submitting feedback (optional) — your rating, any free-text comments you write, and, only if you choose to provide it, your email address so we can follow up.

We do not require or knowingly collect any other personal data.

3. Purpose and Legal Basis

• Scan processing & abuse prevention — legal basis: legitimate interest (GDPR Art. 6(1)(f)), to deliver the requested scan and keep the free service usable for everyone.
• Feedback — legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)); you choose whether to submit it and whether to include your email.
• Analytics (Google Analytics 4) — legal basis: consent (GDPR Art. 6(1)(a)). Processing only occurs if you accept cookies.

4. Google Analytics 4

We use Google Analytics 4 by Google LLC to understand product usage. Data is transferred to Google servers in the USA under Standard Contractual Clauses (SCC). IP anonymisation is enabled. You may install the Google Analytics Opt-out Browser Add-on to disable tracking.

5. Hosting & Infrastructure

AISight is hosted on Vercel Inc. (USA), which may temporarily log server data (IP, user agent) for security and performance. Scan and feedback records are stored in a Supabase database. Both act as data processors on our instructions.

6. Retention Period

• Scan records: retained to support rate-limiting and aggregate public-beta statistics, and for product improvement; deleted or anonymised on request.
• Feedback records: retained while the product is in active development, or until you request deletion.
• Google Analytics data: 14 months (GA4 default)
• Cookie consent choice (localStorage): until you clear it from your browser

7. Your Rights (GDPR)
